This Privacy Policy describes how Kloog LLC (“KLOOG,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website www.kloog.co and any of our subdomains (the “Website”).

This Policy applies to all information collected through our Website, subdomains, digital products, downloadable resources, online forms, email communications, and text messages operated by KLOOG. It does not apply to offline activities or to third-party websites not controlled by us.

Authorized Users 

Our Website, products, and services are intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts, make purchases, or otherwise use our services without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Any information about a child that is shared with us must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area) without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child without consent, we will delete it promptly. In general, we keep account and program records for as long as you have access to your program and for 3 years afterward; we keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or opt out; and we keep limited transaction records for up to six years for tax and accounting purposes, as required by applicable law. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, KLOOG will send you text messages related to your 4toMore program and, if you separately consent, occasional marketing messages. Program participants receive approximately one message per day for 28 days. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and all program content is also delivered by email. KLOOG and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our text messaging service.

Affiliate Links

Some links on our Website are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, KLOOG may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer or affiliate network may use cookies to record that you arrived from our Website. We do not share your personal information with these companies. Once you leave our Website, the other site’s privacy policy applies.
